Pipelines and Tanks Remain Dry for a Decade

For 10 years now residents of this village have been inconvenienced by the fact that they get no water from the municipal council. Community Correspondent Ramjag Gaud reports from Kondagaon village, Chattisgarh. Kalyani, a resident of the area recalls that a towering water tank was constructed a decade ago but till date has never had any water supply. The residents have to call for water tankers on a regular basis and pay exorbitant prices. They want change now!
