Remuneration is in accordance with prior work experience. Only Indian citizens with PAN cards may apply. All positions are based in either Goa or Varanasi. Even if you don’t see the perfect position for you listed above, contact us via the online application and we can explore other options for you. The Senior Advocacy and Program Manager will be in-charge of advocacy activities for Video Volunteers in Central India. In Central India, Video Volunteers has 150 Community Correspondents who report on community issues and use those videos to lobby government. Read more
Develop and implement an effective fundraising strategy, in line with the organization’s annual plan, along with the Director. Create funding proposals – research funders, draft proposals, write email solicitations – to corporate and individual donors and foundations. Read more

Conduct training sessions with rural community members on all aspects of video production, storytelling and journalism. Your goal will be to make rural people proficient in producing clear, well shot videos. Read more
