Community correspondent Krupakar reports the story of a Sadashiv Thakrey who has not been given a MGNREGA job card due to which he along with many others who are unemployed are suffering. In Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, lives Sadashiv Thakrey. He applied for a job card under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme 3 months back and hasn't got any positive response from the officials. Krupakar tells that there are other 250 - 300 people in the same community who don't have a job card and are suffering because of lack of employment. UPDATE: After the video was made, Krupakar was able to ensure the villagers got their job cards. Stay tuned for the impacts video.
