Khel Badal Short Film Festival
HINDI: समारोह के बारे में
यह एक ऑनलाइन फिल्म महोत्सव है, जो महिलाओं और उनके साहस का जश्न मनाने वाली कहानियों के बारे में है। यदि आपने महिलाओं/लड़कियों – उनकी शक्ति, साहस, क्षमता और लैंगिक समानता के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता पर एक वीडियो/फिल्म बनाई है, तो यह त्यौहार आपके लिए है!
आपकी फ़िल्म की अवधि 90 सेकंड या उससे कम होनी चाहिए।
सभी चयनित प्रविष्टियों को हमारे फ़ेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम प्लेटफॉर्म पर 5 मार्च से 30 मार्च तक प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। शीर्ष तीन विजेताओं की घोषणा 7 मार्च 2023 – अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर की जाएगी।
फेस्टिवल की बेस्ट एंट्री – रु. 15,000
फेस्टिवल की दूसरी बेस्ट एंट्री – रु. 12,000
फेस्टिवल की तीसरी बेस्ट एंट्री – रु. 9,000
पात्रता
अवधि: फिल्में/वीडियो 90 सेकंड या उससे कम लंबी होनी चाहिए।
प्रारूप: सभी कलात्मक दृष्टिकोणों का स्वागत है: एनीमेशन, कथा, वृत्तचित्र, और वीडियो कला।
भाषा: कोई भी भारतीय भाषा या बोली में बनी फ़िल्में भाग ले सकती है। यदि फिल्म अंग्रेजी या हिंदी में नहीं है तो अंग्रेजी या हिंदी उपशीर्षक यानी subtitles आवश्यक है।
दिनांक रेखा: सभी फिल्में/वीडियो 25 जनवरी, 2023 और 28 फरवरी, 2023 के बीच बनाई या प्रकाशित होनी चाहिए।
केवल भारतीय नागरिकों और भारत में संगठनों से प्रविष्टियां स्वीकार की जाएगी।
किसी उत्पाद, उपकरण, या निजी व्यावसायिक सेवा के लिए विज्ञापन देने वाली व्यावसायिक/कॉर्पोरेट फिल्मों का चयन नहीं किया जाएगा।

कृपया अपना आवेदन जमा करते समय फॉर्म में सभी सवालों का उत्तर दे।
प्रवेशकों को पूर्ण विवरण के साथ अपनी फिल्मों को Google ड्राइव या के माध्यम से जमा करना आवश्यक है। फिल्म का नाम, टीम के सदस्य, राज्य, शहर, फोन नंबर, ईमेल आईडी।
सूचनाएं
1. सफल प्रविष्टियों को ई-मेल के माध्यम से सूचना दी जाएगी।
2. केवल चुनी हुई फिल्मों को ही सूचना दी जाएगी।
चयन प्रक्रिया
एक चयन समिति द्वारा प्रविष्टियों का पूर्वावलोकन किया जाएगा और ऑनलाइन उत्सव के लिए चुना जाएगा।
फेस्टिवल की ज्यूरी तीन बेहतरीन प्रविष्टियों का चयन करेगी।
चयन समिति और ज्यूरी का निर्णय अंतिम और सभी के लिए बाध्यकारी होगा और चर्चा के अधीन नहीं होगा।
किसी भी प्रविष्टि के लिए सेंसर प्रमाण की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
उत्सव पदाधिकारियों के अधिकार :
महोत्सव के आयोजकों को चयनित फिल्मों को अपनी वेबसाइट और सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर पोस्ट करने का अधिकार होगा।
महोत्सव के आयोजक किसी भी आधार पर किसी भी फिल्म को स्वीकार करने या न करने का अधिकार रखते हैं।
इन नियमों में स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदान नहीं किए गए सभी मामलों के संबंध में त्योहार अधिकारियों के निर्णय या जिनके लिए ऊपर उल्लिखित खंडों की व्याख्या की आवश्यकता है, वे सभी पक्षों के लिए अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होंगे।
कॉपीराइट :
सबमिट की गई फिल्म में शामिल किसी भी कॉपीराइट सामग्री के कॉपीराइट धारकों से निकासी सुरक्षित करने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी प्रवेश कर्ता की है।
उत्सव के आयोजकों को सबमिट की गई फिल्म के भीतर या उससे संबंधित किसी भी कॉपीराइट सामग्री को अनधिकृत रूप से शामिल करने के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा।
त्योहार के आयोजक कॉपीराइट सामग्री के किसी भी अनधिकृत समावेश के साथ किसी भी फिल्म को अयोग्य घोषित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
आम :
ऑनलाइन उत्सव आयोजित करने या इसे बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से चयनित प्रविष्टियों की छोटी वीडियो और/या पूर्ण रूप से प्रविष्टियां त्योहार की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट और त्योहार से संबंधित अन्य सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर ऑनलाइन प्रकाशित और प्रसारित की जाएंगी।
यह उत्सव कमला भसीन को समर्पित है, जिनकी विशाल कार्यशैली और अदम्य भावना हमें आज भी प्रेरित करती है।
About the festival
This is a pan-India online Film Festival about Stories Celebrating Women and their Resilience. If you have made a video/film on women/girls – their strength, power, resilience and commitment to the cause of gender equity, this festival is for You!
The duration of your entry should be 90 seconds or less.
All selected entries will be screened on our Facebook and Instagram platforms from 5th March to 30th March. The top three winners will be announced on 7th of March 2023 – Eve of International Women’s Day.
Best Entry of the Festival – Rs. 15,000
2nd Best Entry of the Festival – Rs. 12,000
3rd Best Entry of the Festival – Rs. 9,000
Eligibility
Duration: Films/videos should be 90 seconds long or less.
Formats: All artistic approaches are welcome: animation, fiction, documentary, and video art.
Language: Any Indian language or dialect accepted. English or Hindi subtitles necessary if the film is not in English or Hindi.
Dateline: All Films/Videos should be made or published between January 25th, 2023, and February 28th, 2023.
Entries accepted from Indian nationals only and from organizations in India.
Commercial/corporate films advertising for a product, device, or private business service, will not be selected.

Entrants are required to submit their films via Google drive or Telegram (91 9112251917) with full details. Name of the Film, team members, state, city, phone number, email id.
Notifications
1. Successful entries will be acknowledged via e-mail.
2. Only applicants/entrants of films selected in film festivals will be informed about their selection.
Selection Process

Successful entries will be acknowledged via e-mail.

Entries will be previewed by a Selection Committee and chosen for the online festival.

The festival’s jury will select the top three entries.

The decision of the selection committee and the jury will be final and binding on all and will not be subjected to discussion.

Censor Certification is not required for any entry.
Rights of Festival Authorities :

Festival organizers will have the right to post selected films on their website and social media platforms

Festival organizers reserve the right to accept or not to accept any films on any ground including the likelihood of the film offending the feelings of any state, religion, country or on the grounds such as racism and religion.

Decisions of the Festival Authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final & binding on all parties.
Copyright :
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to secure clearance from the copyright holders of any copyrighted materials included within the submitted film. The festival organizers will not be held responsible for the unauthorized inclusion of any copyrighted materials within or relating to the submitted film. The festival organizers reserve the right to disqualify any film with any unauthorized inclusion of copyrighted materials.
General :
Clippings of selected entries and/or the entries in full will be published and broadcast online on the official website of the festival and other social media platforms related to the festival for the purposes of conducting the online festival or for the purposes of promoting it.
This festival is dedicated to Kamla Bhasin whose immense body of work and indomitable spirit continue to inspire us. Her wisdom and warmth is missed.
