Roadside Vendors, Small Cart Owners Struggling For Survival In Lockdown | COVID-19

Our Community Correspondent Laxmi Garg interviewed roadside vendors and cart owners in Kathmai village who have lost their livelihood due to the lockdown in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Roadside vendors, who cater to the heavy vehicular traffic on highways, are earning less than half of what they used to. "The police doesn't let them take a stop here," said one of the vendors.
