Connectivity through roads plays a crucial role in promoting the economic, social and cultural development of a region. Roads act as a gateway to other regions and states and also the opportunities which come with these new connections.
The residents of Barari village in Katihar district are still isolated from the mainstream, thus depriving them the benefits of the country's economic growth. VV-PACS Correspondent Navita reports.
