Neelam, an India Unheard Community correspondent hails from Delhi, a young social activist who wants to make education accessible for each and every child in her community. She has been through a lot of tough times thus understands the need for education. She has been associated with various organizations to work on the issue of house, health, and water. She attempted to manage her own organization excessively focusing on education but had to shut because of lack of financial support.

She found the video as a new weapon to raise a concern and mobilize resources to solve problems of her community.
