Dinkar Kamble
Dinkar Nathji Kamble from Mardibudruk Tulka Kagal distric Kolahpur lives with 4 members of her family. Her social activist work camer after her and her sister were reprimanded for having entered the village temple for being from the Dalit community. She is aware that the Indian consitution declares that it is the right of every individual not to be discriminated according to caste. For this reason she will make stories on caste related issues. After having read about the life struggle of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and Mahatma Jyotirao Phule she realized the struggle they had to face just as she had done. She claims the OBC community is kept away from their rights in society, even if the Sarpanch is of Scheduled caste, they are not allowed to hoist the Indian flag on 26th January, or 15th August. They are not able to exercise their right at that time. If there are any government schemes for dalit community the do not always reach them.
