Assistant Coordinator: Program Administration and Data Entry

Voicelogue Private Limited is a media organization based in Goa. We are looking for a program administrator and data entry coordinator to work on our media programs. The candidate will primarily work on providing assistance to our program teams in our work with our client Video Volunteers. One of the important part of this role is to make phone calls to collect information from our community video producers- details of the videos they are making, the shoot plans, any problems they are facing, characters’ names, names of the villages, blocks or districts they will be covering in the story, persons impacted and many other such information for our custom database.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Data entry into our custom-built database and other data repositories
  • Translation of information from Hindi to English for entry into our database.
  • Making phone calls to gather information required by different team members
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Setting up meetings
  • Preparing minutes of meetings
  • Updating various reports
  • Office & HR admin work such as handling leave registries or scheduling reviews

Job qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Hindi reading and writing skills
  • Undergraduate degree in any stream
  • At least 3 years of experience in a company. Freshers may also be considered if found suitable.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent phone demeanour
  • Knowledge of- Microsoft office, Google office, Zoom, etc. 

Location: Ideally Goa-based, but we are open to highly skilled people working remotely. Currently, Voicelogue’s office is working primarily remotely.

Remuneration: INR 18,000 per month
