Video Editor

The primary role of the video editor is to edit the videos of the community producers. The main video format is viewable on www.indiaunheard.videovolunteers.org.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of work experience as video editor (submit show reel)
  • Should be well versed with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere
  • Should be good with After Effects, Photoshop and audio correction software’s
  • Speaks Hindi and English

Location: Goa, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage raw footage shot by community producers
  • Edit the videos shot by the community producers
  • Repackage videos for mainstream media and other clients
  • Create ‘special’ videos that showcase the work of Video Volunteers to other organizations
  • Train community producer in video editing
