Outreach Manager
The Outreach Manager is primarily responsible for building partnerships and developing new and exciting projects. Responsibilities include, working with senior management to strategize and manage all outreach work; communicating with partners; writing reports; handling budgets; and representing Video Volunteers at conferences and events. You will work closely with Senior Management to drive forward the depth and reach of Video Volunteers work.
Qualifications:
- At least three years work experience
- Experience in the NGO sector
- Very strong communications skills – including English writing and public speaking skills
- Great organizational skills
- Networking skills
- Innovative and creative thinker with a passion for empowering marginalized communities
Location: Goa, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring in commissioned projects and manage their execution
- Develop and implement our Earned Income Strategy
- Handle relationships and all communications with partners
- Oversee the finances and maintain the budgets of all partnership projects
- Document all projects – write Memorandums of Understanding, Terms of References, Project Reports etc.
- Assist Senior Management with grant writing as and when needed
